He's Escaped...

YAHOO! We made it across the street this morning for coffee! This is big! No wheelchair! Just a slow and steady walk with his crutches! Of course, when we get to San Francisco Coffee, their blender is broken - so no nice blended latte. But, we celebrated with an iced one - and life is good. Back to the doctor's office tomorrow to remove the gazillion staples holding him together. Thankful for the small steps.
