MH370

Yesterday morning was like most mornings for us. We all got up and got moving - and as is typical on a Saturday, we headed out for a kid's sporting event. Baseball was the game this weekend. As I sat down to watch the first game, my phone started going crazy. Several emails, many Facebook messages, a text or two. All of them asking about MH370...were we in KL and not traveling...did we know what had happened...were our friends all safe and sound. (Thank you for all of your concern!)  I'll be honest, I had not turned on the news or even glanced at Facebook before leaving for the tournament...so I had to do a quick scan of the news to get caught up. Malaysian Airlines flight MH370 was missing. This is a red-eye flight to Beijing, China and while we've never been to China, many of our friends have taken this flight...thankfully, not on Friday evening. We are all safe and sound in Kuala Lumpur.

The news is tragic and really brings a large, large world closer together. There is lots of speculation, lots of questions, lots of people holding out hope, lots of people shedding tears. Hopefully, answers will come soon. Until those answers come...
